The region
The Gjøvik region consists of the five municipalities Gjøvik, Vestre Toten, Østre Toten, Søndre Land and Nordre Land.
The region is located 2 hours north of Oslo, by lake Mjøsa. The region is in the southern part of Innlandet county, near Lillehammer and Hamar.
